The atmosphere created was contemporary! The room was reasonably large and spotless with the sofa converted into the 3rd bed as well as the 3rd bed, everything was really good.
The service was great, yet some people working there were terrible.

Very accessible, right next to monorail station. Many eateries nearby and the Family Mart is just across the road.

The hotel is perfectly located with a train station within 5 mins walking, and going to the International Street for meals and shopping is just 2 stations away. There is also a convenient store just oppposite which offers some hot food if you are still hungry at midnite !
The hotel should consider adding some TV channels on movies in English and Chinese. It is rather bored to see all the Japanese sitcoms and TV programs as most international tourists dont understand.

The location couldn't be better, right in front of the monorail station, making it incredibly convenient to travel around. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The service here is top-notch! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for. The hotel also offered a range of facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a 24-hour reception. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and modern decor of this place. we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

English speaking staff, have WiFi in rooms as some of the most expensive hotels or resorts dont have them. Very clean rooms, good locations stayed at both in Tokyo and Okinawa, easy access don't need a car at all. Hotel staff are friendly, rooms very clean and are very well priced. Definitely recommend it.
No gym or swimming pool :D

Clean room, clean hotel. Helpful staff. Location--right off the monorail, next to the river and sports park. Great shower.
Room, while nice and clean, was a bit small.
